FeedNest is a small, independent product, and every message reaches a person rather than a ticket queue. Whether you have hit a bug, need help with the API, want to report a security issue, or are asking about your data, the routes below get you to the right place.

Support and General Enquiries

Write to support@feednest.com for anything about using FeedNest: an account problem, a feed that will not parse, a billing question, or a feature you wish existed. We answer in English and Italian.

If you are reporting something broken, telling us the feed URL or the article link, plus what you expected to happen, usually saves a round trip.

Developers and Agents

For questions about the Public API, the MCP server, or the TypeScript SDK, write to support@feednest.com and say which surface you are integrating against. Most answers are already in the documentation, and the machine-readable resources below are the fastest route for an automated client.

Privacy and Your Data

Write to privacy@feednest.com to request a copy of your data, ask for deletion, or ask how a particular piece of information is handled. We answer data subject requests within the timelines the GDPR sets out.

You can also export your feeds as OPML at any time from the app, without asking us, and delete your account yourself from the settings page.

Reporting a Security Issue

Write to security@feednest.com. Please give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly, and do not access or modify data that is not yours while testing. We will confirm receipt and keep you updated until the issue is closed.

Our disclosure policy is published in machine-readable form at /.well-known/security.txt, following RFC 9116.

Who You Are Writing To

FeedNest is built and operated by Luca Iaconelli, an independent software developer based in Italy. There is no support tier, no outsourced first line, and no sales qualification step: the person who answers is the person who works on the product.

Response times are usually within one business day. Security reports are looked at the same day.
