Welcome to FeedNest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our RSS feed reader, read-later service, and related features. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Using Our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. You may use our Services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

2. Your FeedNest Account

You need a FeedNest account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FeedNest cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. User Content and Feed Subscriptions

Our Services allow you to subscribe to RSS feeds, save articles for later reading, and organize content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your personal data and saved content. When you use our Services, you give FeedNest a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, and cache content from your subscribed feeds for the limited purpose of operating, syncing across your devices, and improving our Services.

You acknowledge that content from RSS feeds is owned by the original publishers and content creators. FeedNest does not claim ownership of third-party content and merely acts as an aggregator and reader application.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse our Services. For example, you must not:

  • Use our Services for any illegal purpose
  • Violate others' intellectual property rights
  • Disrupt our Services or RSS feed sources
  • Circumvent security features or limits
  • Use automated tools to abuse sources
  • Redistribute cached content illegally
  • Transmit viruses or malware
  • Harvest information without authorization
  • Share account credentials

5. Subscription and Payments

Some of our Services require payment. If you use a paid Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we may charge as applicable. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

For subscription Services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

6. Termination

You can stop using our Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services using reasonable skill and care. However, there are certain things that we don't promise about our Services:

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, NEITHER FEEDNEST NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON'T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE AVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY RSS FEEDS, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES "AS IS".

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDNEST, ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF FEEDNEST, ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We'll post notice of modifications to these Terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
